Workshop Bookings

• All workshop bookings must be made through our website or by contacting us directly.

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.

• Spaces are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.

• Up to 50% will be refunded if conditions are met outlined in our Refund & Cancellation Policy .

• If we cancel a workshop, we will reschedule as soon as possible or offer alternative arrangements.

Workshop Conduct

• We ask that all participants respect the instructor, fellow students, and studio space.

• We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone whose behaviour disrupts the workshop environment.

Use of Materials

• All designs, instructions, and content provided during workshops remain the intellectual property of Heather Thomson Soft Furnishings.

• Workshop materials are for personal use only and may not be reproduced or distributed for commercial purposes without permission.

Health & Safety

• Participants are responsible for their own safety and should follow all safety instructions given during the workshop.

• Please inform us in advance of any allergies or medical conditions we should be aware of.

Liability

• We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained during the workshop, except where caused by our negligence.
