Workshop Bookings

All workshop bookings must be made through our website or by contacting us directly.

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.

Spaces are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Cancellations & Refunds

Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.

Up to 50% will be refunded if conditions are met outlined in our Refund & Cancellation Policy .

If we cancel a workshop, we will reschedule as soon as possible or offer alternative arrangements.
Workshop Conduct

We ask that all participants respect the instructor, fellow students, and studio space.

We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone whose behaviour disrupts the workshop environment.
Use of Materials

All designs, instructions, and content provided during workshops remain the intellectual property of Heather Thomson Soft Furnishings.

Workshop materials are for personal use only and may not be reproduced or distributed for commercial purposes without permission.
Health & Safety

Participants are responsible for their own safety and should follow all safety instructions given during the workshop.

Please inform us in advance of any allergies or medical conditions we should be aware of.
Liability

We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained during the workshop, except where caused by our negligence.
