As our items are made to order for each customer, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and accept that your item is non-refundable once production has begun.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Order Details

Please ensure shipping details are correct at the time of ordering. We cannot accept responsibility for errors provided by the customer once production has started.

Shipping Info

We send all orders with third-party couriers and share tracking where available. If anything goes missing or arrives damaged in transit, get in touch and we’ll try our best to sort it out.

Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by things outside our control. While we can’t control courier delays, we’ll happily help you chase things up.

Please double-check your address at checkout. If an order is delivered to the wrong address because of a typo, we can’t take responsibility and re-delivery costs will apply.

If you choose a “safe place” or neighbour delivery, this is at your own risk. Once the courier marks the parcel as delivered to that location, responsibility passes to you.
